Abstract

The aphorism is an interesting source of patterned creativity in language use, especially because it can be so flexible in its structural recasting of proverbs and expressions of all kinds. Perticular phonic devices and rhyme structures are language specific. The managment of humourus language is largely a matter of transfer. If there is one general tendency or attitude towards the govermental system of the rulling ideology it is most likely that a certain cryticism or irony are present.
