The Developmental Line of Krakar's Lyrical Poetry

Abstract

In lyrical poetry by Lojze Krakar (1926-1995) one can observe all the fundamental phases in the devopment of post-War Slovene lyrical poetry, despite the fact that he realized them in his personal way and with strong ties to tradition, The evolutional process is observed in four paradigmatic texts from Krakar's poetry. The attention is focused on the themes and style, particulary on the evolutional changes in his metaphor.
