It has been exactly 200 years since Valentin Vodnik in the first Slovene (political) newspaper Lublanske novice (1797-1800) systematically created administrative-political and military terminologies and thus laid the basis for their respective tehnical languages. The present study is limited to presenting semantic relationships between individual terminological lexemes: monosemy and polysemy, homonymy ans synonimy.Downloads
