This article presents a systematic analysis of dialogue acts in Slovenian, based on the ROG-dialog corpus, which comprises 12 recordings of everyday spoken interaction in a domestic setting. The data were annotated in accordance with the ISO 24617-2 standard. Quantitative results show a predominance of inform acts, alongside a high proportion of metadiscursive acts used to coordinate the flow of conversation. The qualitative analysis reveals heterogeneity within several categories, especially the inform category, and suggests a need for more fine-grained sub-classification. The study contributes to a pragmatic description of Slovenian, while the annotated material provides a basis for developing models for automatic dialogue-act annotation.
