Between the two World Wars, Slovene short prose often simulated the form of a diary or letter. Utilizing specail literarty stratefies, such fictional letters and diaries attempt to work as non-literary, non-fiction texts, i.e., as documents of real life. One of these strategies is the intercalated time, the other follows the principles of the supertemporal constant of the diary writer, which is alienated from his environment, therefore emotionally overwrought, has a tendency towards solipsism oe even suiside.Downloads
