Russian Cosmism as a Vector of a Fifty-Year Projectile of Postgravity Art

The paper aims to present the philosophy of the Russian Cosmism, which highlighted the importance of science and technology in the further evolution of mankind. Nikolai Fedorov's ideas had a big impact on the beginning of the Soviet space exploration. His ideas influenced scientists, philosophers, writers, and artists. The Russian Cosmism is also an important historical basis forming Slovenian artistic expression in the 21 st century, i.e., Postgravity Art (Dragan Živadinov::Miha Turšič::Dunja Zupančič). The fifty-year-long theatre performance Noordung 1995-2045 sets out to conquer the last morphological force of nature in order to achieve pure abstraction.
